What size are the storage units?

Our storage units are 8' X 12 1/2' with a 6' x6' roll up door, and 7 1/2 at the peak of the roof.

Does it have a floor?

Yes, it has 3/4" treated wood floor that sits on 16 ga 4" C beams, so your valuables sit almost 5" off the ground, and you don't have to worry about rust or termites.

How much advance notice do you need to deliver a unit to me?

It is good to plan 2 to 4 days in advance for delivery, but in many cases we can have a unit to you faster, but weather can also cause unforeseen delays.

Do I need to take down my fence?

No, our units come on a truck with a crane. We attach the crane on top of the building and pick the building up and over your fence. The only restriction is we need 14' of clearance above the top of your fence to do this. If we do not have 14' of clearance above the fence the fence will need to be taken down.

Do I need a lock?

Your unit will come with a flush mounted lock and key.
